Shoulder pain myth-buster series
Shoulder pain has many causes. Every shoulder pain is not frozen shoulder, every pain near the shoulder is not necessarily from the shoulder, and every MRI finding does not automatically mean surgery.
The AOS shoulder series is being built in simple Hindi for public awareness, with emphasis on clinical diagnosis, safe exercise, and avoiding unnecessary fear.

When shoulder pain should be assessed
Shoulder stiffness, weakness, pain after injury, repeated dislocation, night pain, diabetes-associated stiffness, or pain travelling from the neck to the arm should be assessed properly. Treatment depends on the cause, not on the name of the pain alone.
